    Answer: I follow the design. Only bc I like more of a uniform look. But there's nothing wrong with unique pieces. That way people can have more or less cake depending on their preference.

    Answer: 10” diameter 4”deep. It says it’s a 12 cup. It’s big. Both cakes I made with it I felt could have been deeper. But then I think I maybe only used a 10 cup recipe and then maybe 11” Still turned out beautiful each time
