Answer: The handset and base come together and there's an included power supply and telephone cable. There's no need for a bigger base unit. Setting up is easy, almost plug-and-play - connect the base unit cables to the unit, plug in the power supply and insert the telephone cable plug into the appropriate telephone socket. Put the (supplied) batteries into the handset, click the cover back into place and it's ready to use. -

Answer: Hi, thanks for your inquiry, this phone or any other phone that you buy will not allow you to block outgoing calls, apart from a payphone where the caller will have to put money into the phone to make a call. Hope that help -

Answer: Bought this phone, no user manual/guide and it’s German language so can’t even follow display menu to add numbers etc. Rubbish -

Answer: Unfortunately no. Depending in what standard of VoIP your using the most common being SIP you may be better off buying the Yealink W56P and base station. If you have a standard BT style connector and n the back of your router then these will work -
