Answer: Always use as a double layer. Cut Tubigrip to twice length required for the area to be covered, with 3cm extra for overlap. Pull the bandage evenly over the limb as a sleeve. Always double Tubigrip back over the limb (cut edge uppermost) to form a second layer.
