Answer: Hi, water of any kind, bottled drinking/distilled/DI water will have a sell by date also a manufacturing date. Batch numbering is a bit 'hit & miss', but if in place will & can be used for traceability of manufacture. Any water kept in plastic bottles needs to be stored in a cool dark room. Bottled drinking is no better. -
