The AKAI Professional USB MIDI Keyboard Controller with 25-Key Response Keybed and Arpeggiator is a reasonably priced controller that can be used with most DAWs. Despite the mixed reviews, the controller is reasonably functional for its price point. The controller is relatively light and has a good texture, but the reaction of the central pad is not the best. The reaction pad requires a strong touch, which can be inconvenient. However, the controller is straightforward to set up and use with most DAWs.
