Answer: Yes absolutely! After your purchase, please make a request via Email and we will send it to you via USPS from our New York Facility. There is generally no charge for this. We provide this as a service for our customers. -

Do you have to push out the pins to take out links or unscrew them?
Answer: Hi, you have to push the pins out. If you look on the inside of the strap there are little direction arrows which indicate which way the pins should be tapped out. Once the pin is out of the link by a couple of millimeters it is easier to use pliers to pull it out all the way, or if unsure check YouTube for instructional videos. -

Does the second hand hack?
Answer: What do you mean? Makes a round every minute. Never actually checked. Weird... -

Why is this model double the price of the others?
Answer: Possibly because it is an automatic self-winding model and not battery powered. -

Answer: You will likely have to have some links removed, but again that should be fairly easy. -

Does anyone have experience of using these for diving in the sea? I have an Invicta, similar design, but plated brass pins in bracelet failed.
Answer: Hi, I'm a plumber and have been wearing mine every day for 2 years now without a problem. I even bought a black one for when I go out. I also have an Omega Seamaster that is 15 years old, which is of similar quality. -

Answer: No. The watch is automatic, operated by the movement of the wrist, and once used for a period will continue to operate for about 30 hours when not on the wrist.
