Hazet Editorial Review
The Hazet 1/4-inch 5108-3CT torque wrench has garnered positive reviews for its robust and well-crafted design, accurate torque adjustment, and reliable performance. Users have praised its precise torque application for tasks such as tightening glow plugs and have commended the durable build of the tool. It has been described as a high-quality, well-engineered, and valuable tool. However, some users have raised concerns about its bulkiness and weight, especially for smaller screws with lower torque requirements. A few reviewers have reported instances where the wrench failed to trigger at the set torque, particularly for smaller screws, leading to difficulties in practical usage. Despite the initial positive impressions, these issues prompted disappointment and ultimately resulted in a low rating. The Consensus seems to be that while the wrench is well-made, its efficacy in performing at lower torque levels is questionable, given its high price point.
