SPT Rice Cookers SC-1201P Editorial Review
The 6 Cup Rice Cooker is a mixed bag. Some customers love it; some hate it. One customer was delighted with how well the rice turned out, saying they would recommend it to their friends and family. Others couldn't stand how it dealt with brown rice, saying that it worked poorly and that the rice stuck to the non-stick pan. There were repeated complaints of the appliance breaking down, with some customers saying that it stopped working after only a few months, while others complained of burning smells and having to clean burnt scraps from the heating element. And some customers were unhappy with issues from the retailer itself, with one person complaining about the size of the appliance they received, and another being frustrated that the retractable cord they were expecting was nowhere to be found.
