Answer: This is excellent nail polish. Used it for a few years. Did not chip as badly as others. -

Answer: Not sure what the 2 previous replies even are. I have the neon green polish and it glows insanely bright under a black light. I love it! -

Answer: Dries quickly. But because we are washing our hands now more frequently, polish does not last as long unfortunately.
