Nutritionist's Take
The Essential Values Cigar Humidor Solution primarily contains propylene glycol (PG), which is a synthetic substance commonly used as a humectant and additive in food products. However, its application in cigar humidors raises concerns. While PG is recognized as safe for consumption in small amounts, the ingestion of PG from contaminated cigars could pose potential health risks. Additionally, its use is geared more towards maintaining humidity levels for cigars rather than delivering nutritional benefits. Potential drawbacks include allergic reactions in some individuals and the risk of over-humidifying, which can lead to mold growth. This product may not suit vegans or those seeking natural ingredients. Overall, its health implications are limited to the context of cigar preservation rather than providing any direct nutritional advantages.
Essential Values Cigar Accessories & Humidors 754568954670 Editorial Review
The Essential Values Cigar Humidor Solution has garnered positive feedback from users over the course of two years, with many praising its effectiveness in maintaining stable humidity levels while preserving the flavor of their cigars. Customers highlight the superiority of this propylene glycol solution over traditional distilled water for humidor maintenance, noting that it keeps their cigars fresh and aromatic without any unwanted odor or mold issues. Reviewers appreciate the product's effectiveness and stability—citing Consistent humidity levels without the fluctuations seen with other methods, such as sponge humidifiers filled with water. Many users found that the solution has a pleasant smell and does not negatively impact the taste of cigars. Its concentration also allows for smaller amounts to be used, making it a cost-effective choice in the long run. Overall, the Essential Values Cigar Humidor Solution is seen as an excellent investment for cigar enthusiasts who are particular about maintaining their collection's quality. However, some customers mentioned the lack of bigger size options for bulk purchasing, suggesting that a gallon-sized offering at a competitive price could enhance the brand's appeal. **
