FlyingEagle Wheels Editorial Review
The Flying Eagle LazerWheelz inline skate wheels provide a fun and engaging experience for skaters of all ages, particularly appealing to those who enjoy visually striking gear. The LED lights embedded in the wheels give off a softer glow than some competitors, which many users find appealing, especially during night skating sessions. These wheels, designed for both indoor and outdoor use, boast an 88A hardness level that offers good grip without excessive wear. Users noted the wheels' durability, particularly the smooth urethane finish that allows them to perform well on various surfaces. However, it's worth mentioning that the wheels do not come with bearings; users are advised to purchase them separately, with many opting for Bones Red 8mm bearings. Although the magnetic spacers integrated within the wheels enable the light-up feature while skating, some skaters experienced issues with stability due to this setup. Those who swapped to standard bearings found an improvement in the ride's predictability and stability, albeit at the expense of the lights. The value for the price point is regarded as solid, with the eight-pack providing a versatile option for skaters looking to balance visual appeal with performance. The wheels not only make skating safe in low-light environments due to their visibility but also enhance the skating experience, making it fun and exciting. ###
