Answer: No. The shelves are only for one side. You would want to select a different model without wine racks to just have other beverages. -

Answer: Yes, they can fit but it will be a bit tight. Better for wine bottles though. Works great for beverages on the other side too. -

Answer: Both units are great and function the same. The NWB080SS00 is a newer model with different features, while the AWB-360DB is an older model.
