**Editorial Review** The Briidea Mailbox Alarm offers a straightforward solution for those seeking to know when mail has been delivered. Customers generally praise its easy installation and range, with many enjoying successful performance from distances up to 300 feet. The device is wireless and battery-powered, eliminating the need for complicated setups or Wi-Fi hubs, making it a cost-effective alternative to more sophisticated mail alert systems. Despite its positive attributes, the product has faced notable criticisms regarding its durability and design. A common pain point lies in the adhesion of the transmitter unit, which many users found inadequate with the included adhesive, leading to the need for alternative mounting solutions. Additionally, the alarm's tendency to activate when placing outbound mail has created inconveniences, as some users have experienced false alerts. While the device operates well in many scenarios, it has also been reported to fail after several months of use, especially when subjected to power outages or specific mailbox designs (such as metal Constructions). However, customer service appears responsive, with users reporting positive experiences when seeking replacements for faulty units. Overall, while the Briidea Mailbox Alarm fulfills its primary function admirably, its long-term reliability and design could use improvement. **
