- Akfix 895 Mouse & Pest Barrier Expanding Foam Sealant is designed to seal gaps, cracks, and openings where pests such as mice and insects can enter. This high-expansion polyurethane foam fills and seals voids to create a durable, airtight, and weather-resistant barrier. Ideal for indoor and outdoor use, Akfix 895 adheres to common building materials including wood, concrete, metal, and masonry. Once cured, the foam can be trimmed, sanded, and painted for a clean, finished look. Perfect for use around plumbing, wiring, foundations, basements, attics, and garages.

| Instructions | Clean and dry the surface before application. Shake the can well for at least 30 seconds. Attach the straw applicator and apply the foam while holding the can upside down, filling the gap about halfway to allow for expansion. The foam becomes tack-free in approximately 10 minutes and fully cures within 24 hours.For added durability, use in combination with steel wool or metal mesh. |
