skacel by addi FlexiFlips Double Pointed Needles, 8 in (20 cm), 2.25mm

The skacel by addi Flexiflips Basic Double Pointed Knitting Needles have received largely positive feedback from knitters, who appreciate their innovative design and functionality. Many customers see these needles as a game-changer, especially for sock knitting, combining the best features of traditional double pointed needles (DPNs) with the advantages of flexible knitting options like the Magic Loop technique. Reviewers express that these needles are comfortable to use, making the knitting experience more enjoyable and less strenuous on the hands compared to other types. Users particularly like the dual-ended tips, which offer a choice between a blunt and a pointy end, enhancing versatility depending on the yarn type being used. However, some users note a slight learning curve while adjusting to the needles and caution others to carefully verify needle size specifications, especially when switching between US and metric measurements to ensure they receive the correct size. Despite the overwhelming praise, not all feedback is positive. A few knitters have mentioned minor inconveniences, such as the flexible ends catching the yarn. Additionally, while these needles are highly regarded for their quality and comfort, they may not suit everyone, particularly those who are firmly attached to traditional DPNs. In summary, the skacel by addi Flexiflips needles emerge as a highly recommended option for knitters looking to enhance their sock-knitting experience, with notable comfort and versatility setting them apart. **
