However, there have been complaints about durability issues, particularly with one earbud malfunctioning after a month of use. The brand's customer service response to such issues has also been noted as lacking in some cases. On the positive side, customers praise the good quality materials used in the earbuds, as well as the simple and friendly charging and pairing system. The sound quality is Considered very good, with the option to customize the sound using the accompanying app. The open design of the earbuds, which allows users to remain aware of their environment, is also highlighted as a positive feature.
