All Pro Fireplace Replacement Parts 0584103 Editorial Review
The Proflame 2 Battery Holder, known by the model SIT 0584103 in its new black version, has garnered positive feedback from customers who value its compatibility and ease of installation. Many users appreciate that it effectively restores backup ignition functionality for propane fireplaces during power outages, ensuring a dependable performance. The product's design improvements over the original version are noted, particularly making battery changes more straightforward. While most reviews highlight a smooth installation process and reliable operation, some users have expressed a desire for included screws due to the updated design being thicker than the original part. A few customers do note that the battery holders have a limited lifespan, typically lasting between 6-8 months before they begin to fail. Nevertheless, users find it a cost-effective alternative to purchasing replacements through dealers, saving significantly on overall expenses related to maintaining their fireplaces. In summary, the Proflame 2 Battery Holder draws praise for its efficiency, design, and affordability, though potential buyers should be mindful of the noted longevity issues. **
