RETROSUN Remote Controls XR11 v2-u Editorial Review
The New Replacement Xfinity XR11 Voice Remote Control has received mixed reviews from users, highlighting both positive experiences and notable concerns. Many customers appreciate its functionality as an exact replacement for the original Xfinity remote, noting its ease of programming and the comfort it provides during use. The nostalgic element of using a remote with tangible buttons resonates well with some users, enhancing their overall satisfaction with the product. However, there are significant quality control concerns that have marred the experience for several customers. Issues such as missing components, like batteries, and receiving remotes that displayed signs of prior use or defects have been reported. A customer specifically pointed out confusion due to a missing activation tab and highlighted dissatisfaction with aspects of the warning labels on the device. Despite prompt replacement services from the vendor, the instances of receiving a defective remote have overshadowed positive interactions for some. Overall, while many find the New Replacement Xfinity XR11 Voice Remote Control to be a dependable alternative when it functions correctly, potential buyers should be cautious about the possibility of receiving a refurbished product that may not meet their expectations. **
