Product Description
#2 (1/4" - 3") Square Black EPDM Flexible Pipe Flashing, Roof Jack, Pipe Boot Flashing Dektite (DFE102B)
About This Item
Introducing the DEKTITE #2 DFE102B Square Black EPDM Flexible Pipe Flashing - the ultimate solution for all your pipe boot flashing needs. Whether you're looking to install a stove pipe, chimney, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical, or exhaust vent, this Dektite flashing offers unbeatable performance and durability. Crafted with a black EPDM rubber boot and a flexible base made of aluminum collar, this pipe flashing ensures a secure and watertight seal, even on uneven metal roofing. The EPDM material is designed to withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -58F to +239F, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. Featuring a 7 x 7 flashing base, this square standard pipe boot fits pipe sizes ranging from 1/4 to 3 inches in outside diameter.
Thanks to its easily customizable design, you can easily adjust the pipe boot on-site to ensure a perfect fit. Don't waste your time and money on subpar flashing products that break or crack easily. With the DEKTITE #2 DFE102B pipe flashing, you can count on reduced building maintenance and long-lasting performance. The manufacturer offers a generous 20-year warranty against manufacturing defects, giving you peace of mind and confidence in your purchase. Please note that for roofs with a 10/12 to 12/12 pitch, it is recommended to install the square base pipe flashing with the tip pointed towards the roof top.
Additionally, if you're using deep ribbed profile panels with 1-1/2-deep corrugation or more, consider using the next size up that can accommodate the same diameter pipe. It's important to follow the manufacturer's instructions and specifications for use to avoid damage to the DEKTITE and other nearby items. Please be aware that this product is not rated for temperatures experienced by prolonged contact with a single wall chimney. For single wall chimney applications, we recommend using a high temperature silicone flashing product that is specifically rated for higher temperature situations. Don't settle for less when it comes to pipe boot flashing.
Choose the DEKTITE #2 DFE102B Square Black EPDM Flexible Pipe Flashing and experience the difference in quality and performance.
