The Kamik Women's Miranda Rain Boot is a sturdy rain boot that offers great traction in wet and slippery conditions. The boot is Constructed of helium-based synthetic rubber, making it PVC-free, and comes in a matte finish in blue or black. The inside is shiny black and slightly textured. The boots have good threading for slip resistance and are heavier than most "fashion" rain boots on the market. However, they are comfortable to wear for hours, even with a second layer of socks. Customers with medium to wide feet and wide calves have found the boots to fit well. Unfortunately, the calf area is not suitable for wider calves, with the calf shaft measuring smaller than 18". Some customers have also reported issues with the boots falling apart or developing holes after a few wears. In general, the Kamik Women's Miranda Rain Boot is a practical and comfortable choice for those looking for a sturdy and slip-resistant rain boot. However, customers with wider calves may want to look elsewhere.
