Julian Bakery Stevia JUB00732 Editorial Review
The customer feedback for this monk fruit sweetener reveals a varied reception, with many users praising its efficiency and taste, while others have struggled to find the right balance in sweetness. Many customers have been using this product for an extended period, highlighting its exceptional sweetening power; only a small amount is needed to achieve the desired sweetness. Users appreciated its suitability for sugar-free and low-carb baking, particularly praising the ease of use provided by the included scoop and the screw-top jar, which offers a more reliable storage solution compared to typical zip lock bags. One customer mentioned mixing it with another bulking sweetener to reach optimal sweetness in baked goods, indicating versatility in usage. On the downside, there is a notable dissenting opinion. A customer found the product excessively sweet for their coffee, leading to dissatisfaction and a decision to revert to their previous sweetener. This feedback underscores the potential challenge of adjusting to the sweetness level of monk fruit, which can vary Considerably from user to user. Overall, while the product has garnered a loyal following among many sugar-Conscious Consumers and bakers, particularly for its incredible sweetness in minimal amounts and its compatibility with low-carb diets, it may not be suited for everyone’s palate. **
