Many customers have confirmed that it performs better than its rated capacity specs. The BMS is accurate and very helpful in maintaining the battery's stability. Power Queen customer service is excellent, and the battery has a 5-year warranty; the team kept in contact throughout the shipping process and reached out to ensure customers were happy with the purchase. The innovative prismatic cells not only make the battery high-density but also stable. However, the battery isn't suitable for golf carts. Several customers had no problem charging multiple batteries. Based on the customer feedback, the battery performs above its capacity, is durable, charges easily, and provides long battery life. A few customers expressed disappointment as the battery does not come with the M8 bolts necessary to connect the cable to the terminal.
