CONSTRUCTOR Door Knobs CON4246 Editorial Review
The Constructor CON4246 Prelude Privacy Lock in Antique Copper has garnered mixed reviews from customers, highlighting a combination of positive aspects and significant concerns regarding quality and reliability. Many users appreciate the aesthetic appeal of the knobs, complimenting the attractive copper finish and claiming that they are easy to install. These attributes particularly resonate with those who have prior experience in mounting door hardware. However, the positive sentiment is tempered by frequent complaints about the product's manufacturing quality. Several customers have reported that the materials used are inferior, leading to issues such as lightweight components and fragile latch mechanisms. In some instances, the locks have failed after a short period of use, raising concerns about durability. A few users have even experienced significant design flaws, such as locks malfunctioning and leading to people being inadvertently locked inside bathrooms. Overall, while the Constructor CON4246 is lauded for its visual appeal and ease of installation, its reliability and material quality have led to dissatisfaction among a notable number of customers. **
