The Quick & Hot water heater works well, however, the faucet dispenser seems to be the main issue as it leaks cold water Constantly. Some customers have reported that the cold water lever leaks when in use and the faucet drips. Additionally, there have been reports of the tank stopping heating water after only a few months of use. It is disappointing to note that customers have stated no one from Westbrass has returned their calls and there are no returns allowed from Amazon. While the design and functionality of this faucet are desirable, the issues reported by customers make it difficult to recommend this product.
