Nutritionist's Take
The Amen Probiotics Supplement offers a blend of SBO (Soil-Based Organisms) probiotics and organic prebiotics, providing 50 billion CFUs per serving. Nutritionists generally recognize the potential digestive health benefits of probiotics, including improved gut flora balance, enhanced immune function, and better nutrient absorption. The inclusion of organic prebiotics can further support these effects by feeding beneficial gut bacteria. However, potential drawbacks include limited research on specific SBO strains and the variability of individual responses to probiotics. While the product is vegan and non-GMO, making it suitable for a variety of dietary preferences, individuals with specific health conditions should consult healthcare professionals before starting any new supplement. Overall, this product appears to be a reasonable choice for those looking to enhance their gut health, but consumers should consider personal health needs and do thorough research.
Amen Prebiotics 853919008380 Editorial Review
Amen Probiotics Supplement is a shelf-stable probiotic and organic prebiotic supplement that delivers 50 billion CFUs per serving. It is one of the most comprehensive formulas available today, containing diverse strains of probiotics along with select prebiotic fibers for extra nutritional support. The product is plant-based, dairy-free, and can be opened and added to yogurt, liquid or used as preferred. Customers have expressed satisfactions in the products assisting in relieving gastrointestinal issues such as bloating and irregular bowel movement. It helped with digestion and keeping some regular. Additionally, customers appreciated how easy it was to swallow. However, one customer experienced foul-smelling intestinal gases and recommended dividing by enterotypes indicating that these bacteria may not be suitable for everyone.
