The metal frame is of poor quality, and some parts have terrible finish quality. The armrests split apart easily during assembling, and some reported that the holes didn't line up correctly. It may be best to check the manufacturer's warranty to ensure that issues like this can be quickly resolved. Despite the quality concerns, the majority of customers are pleased with the product.
