This parrot cage with an open top is a great value for its price. It is easy to assemble but may require a tool to tighten bolts, and the gauge of wire is very parrot proof. The cage is larger than expected and comes with thicker perches for a little bit larger of a bird. It is easy to clean and has an included tray at the bottom for litter. However, removing and putting back the litter tray could be a little hard, and the instructions may be confusing. The door is loose and uneven, and one wheel sticks badly, making it tricky to move the cage from one room to the next, and the rail to slide the catch tray in and out is bend up in one area. Therefore, the stand is essential as reinforcement at the base. Overall, customers are very pleased with this cage and recommend it.
