The FOGATTI Tankless Water Heater is perfect for outdoor or unclesed balcony installation. With a high efficiency of 4.5 GPM, it offers endless on demand hot water for 3-4 points of use. However, it should be noted that this is a propane-only heater and cannot be converted to natural gas. The unit can be set up to 158F. Customer Experience: While some customers have had issues with the heater such as not being able to get warm water or the unit shutting off when trying to make warm water, others have had a great experience using it and are happy with the results. One customer was unable to get ahold of customer support while another was able to immediately talk to a live person.
