IST Diving Weights & Belts VSA0241 Editorial Review
The IST VSA0240 Free Diving Apnea Weight Vest can hold up to 35lbs of weight. Unfortunately, the vest does not come with weights, so those need to be purchased separately. Divemaster Chris from onlinescuba recommends a size medium for someone with a 30" waist and 5'6" 150-pound height. The vest does not have quick releases on the shoulder straps and may not hold the weights in place. Some customers have reported difficulty getting the weights in the pockets, and the vest is not expected to last long.
