  • Question: How easy is it to use?

    Answer: It is incredibly easy to use, just Step – Drop – Done!
  • Question: How long does it take to change the bag?

    Answer: It takes just 20 seconds to change the bag.
  • Question: Can it be used for anything other than diapers?

    Answer: Yes, it can be converted into a trash can once the diaper days are over.
  • Question: How would this do for pet waste bags? So disappointed with the pet genie.

    Answer: I use this for cat litter. I scoop the clumps and cat waste into a biodegradable doggie poop bag, knot it closed and drop it into the diaper genie. It fills up about once a week. Works great and contains the odor.
  • Question: Can plastic grocery bags be used in this? I know the refills are preferable for diapers, but we’d like to use it as a regular trash can afterwards.

    Answer: I've wondered about the regular plastic bags myself. Since I'm a grandparent and don't use it as often, I still have the original bags. My thought was, that I would just put a bag in at the top like a trash can, and not try to use the loader inside.
  • Question: Is there a washable liner that fits the Dekor Mini? It's the right size for my pet diapers, but I don't like using single use plastic.

    Answer: It is not a washable liner. It has a roll of plastic, like garbage bags. You tie the bottom, dispose of diapers. When ready to empty, open the door, pull the bag down, tie off the top and dispose. Then pull the roll down, tie at the end, etc. works great!
  • Question: How do you refill with the bags?

    Answer: In the Dekor listing there is a video showing the process of installing the refills. If you would like to reach out directly the customer care team can provide you with the video as well [email protected].
  • Question: How many bags per each roll?

    Answer: Dekor Refills are not actually individual bags. They are one continuous liner, and the size of the bag actually changes depending on your need. This helps prevent waste and make our product more customizable to your families needs.
  • Question: How many inches from the floor to lid is this Mini vs. The Classic?

    Answer: 17 inch
  • Question: Can I use any garbage bag for the mini?

    Answer: Yes, you can use a regular garbage bag but it’s better if you use the garbage bags that are designed for the Dekor Mini.
  • Question: Cuantas bolsas incluye??

    Answer: Pues realmente no se pero lo que si esq me duro como 2 meces y tengo una bb de 6 mec
