Thirteen Chefs Cutting Boards for Kitchen in white color coded plastic with non-slip surface, are ideal for larger pieces of meat and processing several things at once, without moving things around. Although the board is not flexible, over time small grooves can develop, which are more like a slightly textured surface rather than wearing through. The board is easy to wash and can withstand numerous dishwasher cycles without any issues. However, it might not suit a butcher's cleaver. It can be used to roll out the dough for pasta, pizza, and pies, but marble is the preferred board for baking purposes. For customers with space issues, the dimensions are accurate and the board is strong enough not to sag or flex on a counter surface. One customer replaced the mouse pad with this cutting board. The board is very smooth, but not slick like glass and does appear very faintly woven. The corners are rounded off, and there are no sharp edges. The board is ideal for keeping the kitchen counter free and clean. However, some customers were not happy with the board, as even though the color was black, which is indicated as not showing knife marks, it left marks on the board in the first use. Also, it was not non-slip and danced around the table while cutting.
