It has a nice size of approximately 14" long, 6" high, and 6-1/2" wide, fitting perfectly on a 15-1/2" bike rack. It attaches by sliding velcro tabs around the rack tubing and is suitable for a rear bike rack. The bag also has a side zipper pocket that is approximately 8" long, although it is oddly-shaped, being over 4" deep at the rear of the bag and gradually tapering to about 3" deep at the front. While it is not large enough to hold a typical adult helmet, the elastic cord pieces on top can be tightened to secure a water bottle or other item. The 141466 model has handle belt on the back and side zips, while the 141465 doesn't have them. Customers have reported being able to use this bag on a bike with a rack that has the battery attached underneath. The bag is well-built and can store everything you need while on a bike ride, but its quality control, particularly in terms of the zippers and velcro straps, has been questioned by some customers.
