The kit includes almost every part you need, but some users reported missing parts such as the Teflon keeper, steel cap, or washers that are necessary to hold the impeller securely in place. However, the kit comes at a low price point, making it more cost-effective to purchase the additional parts separately. Additionally, to remove the pump impeller, a unique tool ($200) or two extra parts not included in the kit are required, making it difficult to reassemble the unit unless they are purchased separately.
