Question:
Can this be used on a smart meter and its casing to block EMFs from coming through my bedroom wall?
Answer: If you want to try that experiment, you will have to remove that tape. I suggest covering the meter with shrink wrap before putting the tape on. That will at least protect the shield of the meter. -

May I wrap it on the boat engine power cable to avoid EMI generated from the cable to cause interference with the fishfinder transducer cable?
Answer: You can use it to wrap the TD cable to reduce EMI interference. It's much easier than wrapping all the power cables. -

Can you put this on the tip of gloves to make them touch phone friendly?
Answer: Yes, it's okay. -

Is this tape flexible? I want to wrap around foam to create a gasket between a steel lid and drum for a Faraday cage.
Answer: This tape is adhesive on one side only but conductive on both sides. It is a quality product, but the sales pitch is deceiving. It should state that the tape is sticky on one side only. -

Is this Faraday tape flammable retardant? I am planning on using it near my car starter, and it gets pretty hot. Does it need to be soldered to ground?
Answer: Faraday tape has no added flame retardant. It works well in the temperature range of 14℉ to 250℉, so you can use it on a car engine. -

Can I safely tape this to the bottom of the laptop for protection when in the lap?
Answer: Yes, but if your laptop gets warm or hot, I suggest not adhering it directly. Your laptop needs sufficient air flow to function. If you tape the parts that don't have holes for air flow, that may be fine. It still may benefit you if you had a Faraday panel, blanket, or something else between you and your technology. -

Is this compatible with Y-Shield paint?
Answer: No, I don't think that the tape is even close to the possibility of the strength of the EMF blocking paint. -

Will this work for shielding earth magnets?
Answer: I'm not sure, but it's useful to shield the geomagnetic signal.

It is not adhesive on both sides, but it is conductive on both sides. It is flexible and has high-temperature resistance so, it is beneficial for use with different applications. Customers shared their experiences with the ANGKEEL Cloth Tape Double Conductive. One customer used it to block EMI RFID and made an envelope that the key was not detected, stating that it works. Another customer was satisfied with the product and said the tape stuck well to the edge of wood desk. Also, a customer mentioned that it is very good tape with strong conduction, and the adhesion was great, so it is easy to cut and apply. The product worked to create a homemade walking stick with a grounding feature, and one customer used it to make a smart/interactive mat for a class which worked well for them.One customer mentioned that it did not block their bank card RFID even with multiple layers.
