SKR48SLT SkimmerRake 48 Professional 48-Inch Surface Pull-Rake, Silt Model

**** The SKR48SLT SkimmerRake 48 Professional Surface Pull-Rake has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from customers for its efficiency and effectiveness in pool cleaning. Many users highlight the time-saving benefits of this tool, reporting a significant reduction in the duration of their skimming routine. The skimmer's 48-inch width and shallow net design allow it to effectively capture both large and small particles from the water's surface, including fine debris like blades of grass and tiny bugs that often slip through traditional nets. While there is a noted "learning curve" required to master its unique pull design—where skimming requires a different technique than standard nets—customers feel that the adjustment is quickly rewarded with a cleaner pool in less time. Users are particularly impressed with how comprehensively the SkimmerRake cleans; instead of merely moving debris around, it thoroughly collects it, leaving no trace behind after skimming. However, challenges have been reported regarding the net’s floppy edges which can lead to losing captured debris if users don't maintain a controlled motion. Additionally, some users have found the pull design cumbersome when dealing with nearby obstacles like fences or foliage. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overwhelming Consensus remains that this skimmer rake is a game-changer for pool maintenance, especially for those dealing with organic debris and smaller particles. Overall, the SKR48SLT SkimmerRake is praised for its solid build quality and effectiveness, deeming it well worth its price tag for the time and effort it saves in keeping your pool pristine. **
