| Instructions | Mix 1 rounded scoop of 180 Muscle Mix in 8 oz. skim milk (almond or soy is fine too), add 1/2 cup of ice, and blend. Short on time Add 1 scoop of Muscle Mix to 8 oz. of skim milk in a Lean 180 Shaker Bottle, and shake for 10 seconds. Water can be used in place of milk, but we prefer using milk or almond milk. For best results, drink 1 to 2 shakes each day. For greater appetite control and faster weight loss, use 1 and 1/2 scoops per shake and blend with no-sugar-added almond milk or water.
