  • This professional Butterfly table tennis paddle is the table tennis blade of choice of professional ping pong player Timo Boll. He has multiple titles, the most notable being a bronze medal team member in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, silver medalist at the 2014 World Team Table Tennis Championships and a bronze medalist at the 2014 Men’s World Cup. Timo helped design the ping pong paddle to achieve the goal of maximum blend of speed, heavy spin and control. This model offers more speed than his previous design but allows for the heavy topspin strokes that make Timo Boll one of the top players in the world. The Timo Boll ALC Pro-Line table tennis racket has an option of three different handle styles: flared, anatomic and straight. The flared grip has a gravity center that is closer to the grip and the blade fits in the palm of a hand. The anatomic grip has a wave-shaped grip that fits in the palm and provides stability. The straight grip enables players to change the way the handle is gripped in different game situations. This Butterfly table tennis racket is an attack shake style with 11.7 reaction, 10.8 vibration and 5-ply wood. It is made of Arylate-Carbon Fiber, a woven combination of Arylate and Carbon, with benefits such as increased stability, medium-soft touch and versatile spin play. The Tenergy 05 rubber that completes this ping pong paddle has an explosive power that lasts the life of the rubber with no additional maintenance. Tenergy 05 has a combination of Spring Sponge technology, High Tension rubber and a tacky surface. This is considered a high-tension, pimples-in rubber which is designed for very high elasticity and friction that is created by impacting tension into the rubber molecule. The unique blend of these features is great for imparting spin on the ball. It is a very popular ping pong racket with the world-ranked table tennis players.
