Brooks Road Running 1204311B027 Editorial Review
The Brooks Women’s Ghost 17 Neutral Running Shoe has garnered a favorable reception among users, particularly for its comfort, support, and performance for various activities. Customers appreciate the shoe's stability and cushioning, making it suitable for everyday wear, long walks, and even professional settings like healthcare environments. Many users reported it took some time to break in the shoes, but once they did, the fit was universally praised for being snug yet comfortable. Notably, it provides good arch support and is well-suited for individuals with slight overpronation, contributing to an overall enjoyable running or walking experience. However, some customers did experience initial discomfort, particularly around the ankle area, but many were able to resolve this issue with minor adjustments to lacing or by bending parts of the shoe for better fit. While the look of the shoe received mixed reviews—some users found them unattractive akin to “grandma shoes”—the overwhelming Consensus is that comfort trumps style. Many longstanding Brooks customers noted that the Ghost 17 improved upon previous models in terms of support and cushioning. Overall, the Brooks Women's Ghost 17 is highly recommended for anyone seeking reliable footwear that combines comfort, support, and the functionality required for an active lifestyle. **
