Fragrances can be added through the steam spout. A plumber and electrician are recommended for installation. The temperature sensor wire piggybacks out of the back of the keypad. The unit is fine but takes longer to start, about four minutes, and it does not include accessories as advertised. Some buyers were pleased with the well for essential oils and the amount of steam it generated. One buyer found that the unit rusted and connectors broke easily, but they appreciated the company's immediate replacement. Another buyer received a used unit with calcium buildup and adhesive from a previous owner. Kohler 7W instant on stream generator was replaced by this unit, and it was found much more comfortable. The only complaint was that the control settings could not be customized.
