The waist and leg of the panties feature a fine woven microfiber elastic. However, the fabric is polyester and spandex, extremely thin, and doesn't feel like cotton. One customer complained about sizing, as they ordered two packs of six and six already had holes in them, along the seam on the left side right at the waistband. The customer suggests finding a different kind of product instead of Fruit of the Loom. Some customers liked them for traveling, just in case their luggage got lost, but they will not use them otherwise.
