The interior dimensions of the bag are over 17 inches wide, 12-13 inches deep and 3-3.5 inches wide at the bottom, but with the flexibility to expand wider at the top. The back pouch can hold a 17.3 inch laptop and has room for a power cord and external mouse. The bag is also versatile enough to hold two laptops, files, accessories, and even a neck pillow if you are carrying little else. The bag has two compartments, one in the back for power cords, a corded mouse, camera, cleaning equipment, gloves, and snacks, and one in the middle big enough for a 15-inch laptop, 3-4 clipboards, and half a dozen folders. The handle is extendable and the bag is easy to maneuver. However, if there is not enough weight in the big (back) pocket, it may tip over. The bag has two pockets on either side that are more like old-fashioned pencil packs and can hold a bottle of water or soda (with a cloth piece to hold the contents inside) if left unzipped. The protective strap keeps things from falling over inside and allows you to put notebooks or folders behind the strap, keeping them together, which allows the remainder of the space to hold other supplies without having to dig past the folders or remove them. Nonetheless, some users have reported that the seams come apart after a year of use.
