However, unlike the Glidecam Devin Graham Signeture Series stabilizer, the gimbal on this model is fixed and cannot be repositioned. The XR-PRO should be able to balance cameras weighing as light as a GoPro with quick release place for added weight, but it takes a long time to balance and does not have minor adjustments available for its body, which has to be adjusted slowly in small increments. The lack of adjustment knobs is also an issue. Despite these Cons, customers found the product to be packaged well and arrived on time. In terms of usability, it was hard to balance, but once you get past that, it works just as well as the Glidecam 2000, according to some reviews. **
