One downside is the hole for the cords may be too small to fit large TV cords. The Mount-It! TV Cart Mobile TV Stand has limited height adjustments, with the lowest a TV can go is 50 inches at Dead Center of the TV to the floor. The top camera shelf is pretty big, but it won't fit if the TV is at a reasonable level.
