Answer: When you press the circle on the mirror to turn the light on, if you hold your finger on the circle, the lights will dim and if you press it again and hold it, it will go back to bright. -

Answer: Make sure you the switch on it does not charge you can add batteries for travel if it doesn't light up might be faulty try a different USB cab
